They apply equally to all registered users, guest visitors, and anyone who accesses any part of the site. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated or amended at any time, with the effective date noted at the top of this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly and stay informed of any changes. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. bdkk operates in compliance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and these Terms & Conditions are framed within that legal framework.
To register on bdkk, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bdkk reserves the right to immediately terminate any account created using false information. Each person may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Sharing your account or granting access to another person is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. bdkk will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

While using the bdkk platform, users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Using any part of the platform for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activities, or to harm other users is strictly prohibited. Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, using unauthorized software, or manipulating betting outcomes will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Users are solely responsible for any content or information they submit on the platform. Harassment, abusive language, or hate speech directed at other users is not permitted. bdkk's services are for personal entertainment purposes only; commercial use or use on behalf of third parties is not allowed. In the event of a violation, bdkk reserves the right to suspend services at any time without notice or explanation.
All financial transactions on the bdkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Only payment methods approved by bdkk may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions via third-party bank accounts, mobile banking numbers, or cards are not permitted — the account and payment method must belong to the same individual. bdkk reserves the right to place a hold on any suspicious transaction pending verification.
Withdrawals may take a set number of business days to process and may be held pending completion of verification. bdkk complies with anti-money laundering regulations and may require KYC verification when necessary. Specific terms governing cashback, bonuses, or promotional offers will be stated separately and are considered part of these Terms & Conditions. Any transaction-related disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
All content on the bdkk platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of bdkk. No user may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without bdkk's prior written consent. bdkk reserves the right to take legal action against any infringement of its intellectual property.
Bdkk is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of any third-party services or content referenced on the platform. Should service disruptions occur due to technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues, bdkk will make every effort to resolve them as quickly as possible but will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from such disruptions. Users bear full responsibility for their own decisions and the outcomes of their bets.
Bdkk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, operating multiple accounts, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. If an account is closed, any verified remaining balance will be refunded subject to review; however, bonus or promotional credits are non-refundable.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Processing may take up to 7 business days. Following closure, bdkk may retain account data for a specified period as required for legal and security purposes. As part of Responsible Gaming, users may also request a temporary restriction or self-exclusion on their account for a defined period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. By using this platform, users are deemed to have accepted the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Bdkk reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The effective date of any changes will be clearly indicated on this page, and registered users may be notified by email where necessary. If any individual clause is found to be unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full force. Continued use of bdkk's services will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
